Beschreibung
Dealing with the concept of sustainability is gaining importance in social work: welfare organisations are positioning themselves on social issues of sustainability, organisations and institutions are developing sustainability models, professionals are testing formats of sustainable education, students are demanding more sustainability at their universities and social work academics are discussing their relations to a socio-ecological transformation, climate justice and sustainable development. This anthology offers a basic introduction to the discourses on sustainability and education for sustainable development. Contributions on selected fields of action present a more sustainable practice of social work.
