The purpose of this book was to establish the role of strategic management on competitiveness in the floriculture industry in Kenya. The research was guided by the following research questions: How does strategy formulation affect competitiveness of the floriculture industry? How does strategy implementation affect competitiveness in the floriculture industry? How does strategy evaluation affect competitiveness of the floriculture industry? A descriptive research was used. The target population of this study were managers in the 21-floriculture industries in Kiambu County. The data obtained was analyzed via statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and excel. The quantitative data obtained was examined, and the findings presented in percentages, means, standard deviations, and frequencies. A regression analysis was utilized to investigate the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The researcher distributed 63 questionnaires, 60 of them were filled and returned, making 95 percent of the response rate.
