Beschreibung
Human Rights are inalienable rights. Human beings are entitled to enjoy these rights. In the beginning they were called as natural rights. Human Rights are dynamic. We usually discuss these human rights into generations of human rights. The first generations of human rights are called as the civil and political rights (liberty oriented rights); the second generations of human rights are often known as welfare oriented rights (socio-economic rights) and the third generations of human rights are the right to education, right to development and the right to environment. Therefore, one can say environmental rights are intrinsically linked to human rights.
