Marie Kondo has been enchanted with organizing since her childhood and began her tidying consultancy business as a nineteen year old university student in Tokyo. Today she is a renowned tidying expert, helping people around the world to transform their cluttered homes into spaces of serenity and inspiration. She stars in the Netflix hit show Tidying Up with Marie Kondo and is the founder of KonMari Media, Inc. Marie has featured in numerous magazines and newspapers and was listed as one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people. Marie lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two young children, who helped inspire Marie's first picture book, Kiki and Jax.

Salina Yoon was born in Korea and emigrated to the United States at the age of four. She is an author, illustrator and format designer and has worked on nearly 200 books for young children, specializing in interactive and novelty books. She lives in San Diego, California, with her husband and their two sons.
