This book specifically focuses on the public transport infrastructure development in the City of Kigali, Capital City of Rwanda. After carrying out the research, it is found of great importance for policy makers to formulate a flexible reasonable system of regulation and decision making in Rwanda towards the public transport and its infrastructure development. It also suggests the extension of public transport network coverage, study on the optimization of bus routes (including bus stops with shelters) throughout more city suburbs and neighborhoods.
