The returns on investing in education and capacity building through a Social Protection Scheme for refugees can be far reaching. It helps refugees become economically sustained, strengthen family well being and easily integrate them into their host community. Partnerships with relief organizations at different stages of interventions in such a systematic scheme implemented by skilled social workers enhances the success and sustainable of the program with government intervention. The utilization of the Theory of Change in a Social Protection Scheme for Central African Republic refugees increases the chances of many households and adults to graduate from social assistance and break inter generational poverty in camps.
